The Tachometer -scale
The Tachometer -scale serves to record average speed in miles (or km) per hour over a measured mile (or km). Start the sweep second hand when passing the starting line and stop when passing the finish line of the measured mile (or km). The sweep hand will now point on the Tachometer graduation to the average speed in miles (or km) per hour.

The Decimeter -scale
Ideal for engineers, technicians and efficiency analysts the dual purpose dial execution shows 1/5 second division in black on the bezel and 1/100 of a minute on the inner blue dial division. Decimal data facilitates recording and computations.
